MLPLCA001 Manage legislative responsibilities for the sale, supply and service of liquor is the core unit of the Western Australian 52863WA Course in Management of Licensed Premises, commonly referred to as MLP1 or the WA Approved Manager course.
It covers the legislative responsibilities involved in managing licensed premises and is used for the unrestricted approved manager pathway in Western Australia.
Important pathway information
- Complete the nationally recognised RSA unit SITHFAB021 before enrolling where it is required as the prerequisite.
- Apply to the WA licensing authority separately for the relevant approved manager card.
- National police clearance and application requirements are separate from completing the training.
