Request help or report a barrier
If you cannot access information or complete a Training Connect form, use our contact page and select “Website accessibility.” Tell us the page, device or assistive technology involved and the format or assistance you need. Do not include sensitive information.
Third-party services
External websites and future RTO-operated booking services are controlled by their operators. If a future embedded booking tool is approved, Training Connect will review its privacy, security, accessibility and pre-enrolment presentation before enabling it.
