Training Connect publishes approved course information and refers consented enquiries. It does not enrol learners, deliver training, assess competency, issue certification, accept bookings or collect payments.

Training Connect currently works with one listed RTO: Confidence Training Pty Ltd, RTO 46496 . The linked training.gov.au record is the authoritative public source for its registration and scope.
Who is responsible for what
- Training Connect: marketing approved listings, explaining the referral role and transferring consented enquiries.
- The named RTO: suitability, enrolment, learner support, training, assessment, complaints, certification and regulatory compliance.
- The learner or client: reviewing the RTO’s pre-enrolment information and deciding whether to proceed.
Information required before enrolment
Confidence Training Pty Ltd must provide course-specific fees, schedules, suitability and entry information, learner support, complaints processes and other required pre-enrolment information before enrolment.
