No payments to Training Connect
Training Connect does not accept bookings, enrol learners or collect course fees. Because Training Connect does not take course payments, it does not cancel bookings or issue course refunds.
A Training Connect course form submission is an enquiry only—not a booking, acceptance or enrolment.
RTO payment, cancellation and refund arrangements
If you later decide to enrol, any fee, payment, cancellation or refund arrangement is between you and the RTO named on the course listing. Review the RTO’s current written information and terms before paying or enrolling.
Ask the RTO to confirm the total fees, payment schedule, cancellation conditions and refund process that apply to the specific course and learner circumstances.
Future booking tools
No booking iframe or embedded booking tool is available on Training Connect in this release. If an RTO-operated tool is added later, it will identify the RTO, repeat the course identity and explain that booking and payment are processed by the RTO’s service.
