Who can partner

Built for Registered Training Organisations

Training Connect works with active RTOs that want to make nationally recognised courses easier for learners and workplaces to discover.

Your organisation remains the accredited provider. Training products must be within your current scope and all listing, delivery and booking information must be accurate and kept up to date.

Registration is an expression of interest. We verify public RTO and scope information before discussing publication or a commercial arrangement.

Ways to work together

  • regulatory compliance and the accuracy of provider information

Frequently asked questions

Before you register

Review the essentials about eligibility, responsibilities, listings and booking connections.

Who can register an interest in partnering?

This partnership pathway is intended for active Australian Registered Training Organisations offering training products within their current scope. Training Connect will review public registration and scope information before progressing a listing.

Does Training Connect deliver the courses?

No. Training Connect is a marketing and referral marketplace. The partner RTO remains responsible for enrolment, delivery, assessment, certification, learner support and regulatory compliance.

Which courses can we submit?

You can tell us which qualifications, skill sets, accredited courses or units you want to list. You may provide course codes and names, link to a public course page or leave the course field blank so we can review the public training.gov.au record using your RTO code.

Can we use our existing booking form?

Potentially. No booking tool is currently enabled. A future external or embedded RTO-operated form requires RTO approval plus privacy, security, accessibility and pre-enrolment review before activation.

What fees or commissions apply?

Commercial arrangements depend on the listing, customer-acquisition and booking services selected. Training Connect will discuss the applicable model before any agreement is made or listing is published.

Does registering guarantee approval or customers?

No. Registration is an expression of interest only. It does not guarantee approval, publication, customer enquiries, bookings, revenue or a commercial agreement.

How long does it take to publish an RTO listing?

Timing depends on verification, the completeness of the information supplied and any booking integration required. Training Connect will outline the next steps after reviewing the registration.
