By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using the website. Training Connect may update or remove website content and features as the service develops.
Training Connect is operated by NEW SITE VENTURES PTY LTD, ABN 74 692 699 246. “Training Connect” is the public-facing service name; these terms do not represent that it is a registered business name. Training Connect is a marketing and referral service, not a Registered Training Organisation.
Using the website
You may use the website to find general information about nationally recognised training and follow relevant links.
You must use the website lawfully and must not:
- interfere with the website or another person’s use of it
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, data or accounts
- introduce malicious code or use automated tools in a way that places an unreasonable load on the service
- misrepresent an association with or endorsement by Training Connect
- use website content in a misleading, unlawful or infringing way
Training information and providers
Course codes and official unit information may be sourced from training.gov.au or provided by an RTO. Training requirements, availability, delivery methods, entry conditions, fees and provider details may change.
You should confirm all important information directly with the relevant RTO before making a decision, enrolling or paying for training. A listing or link does not mean Training Connect delivers, endorses or guarantees that provider’s services.
Training Connect currently works with one listed RTO: Confidence Training Pty Ltd, RTO 46496. That RTO must provide course-specific fees, schedules, suitability, learner support, complaints information and other required pre-enrolment information before enrolment.
Enquiries, bookings and payments
A course form submission is an enquiry and referral only. It is not a booking, offer, acceptance or enrolment. With your express consent, NEW SITE VENTURES PTY LTD sends the enquiry to the named RTO and keeps an internal copy for referral administration.
Training Connect does not accept bookings or payments and does not provide cancellations or refunds. Any later enrolment, payment, cancellation or refund arrangement is between you and the named RTO under the information and terms it supplies. See Payments and refunds.
RTO partnership registrations
The partnership form allows an authorised representative of an Australian RTO to register interest in Training Connect marketplace, customer-acquisition or booking services. Information supplied must be accurate and must not misrepresent the organisation, its registration, scope or training offer.
A registration is an expression of interest only. It does not guarantee approval, publication, customer enquiries, bookings, revenue or a commercial agreement. Training Connect may verify public registration and scope information and may decline or stop progressing a registration.
Any listing, lead-generation or future booking integration will be subject to separately agreed responsibilities and commercial terms. The partner RTO remains responsible for enrolment, training delivery, assessment, certification, learner support, regulatory compliance and the accuracy of provider information.
Referral introductions
You may submit a referral only when the referred person or organisation has agreed that you can share the contact details provided. You must not submit sensitive information, misleading details or information you are not authorised to disclose.
A referral is an introduction only. It does not create a booking, listing, agency relationship, commission entitlement or other commercial agreement. Any commercial referral arrangement must be separately agreed in writing.
Third-party services and links
The website links to services operated by government bodies, RTOs, LinkedIn and other organisations. No RTO booking iframe is currently provided. We do not control their content, security, availability, privacy practices or terms.
Following an external link is at your discretion. Review the relevant provider’s terms and privacy policy before supplying information or entering a transaction.
Accuracy and availability
We aim to present useful and current information, but do not promise that every page, course detail or link will always be complete, accurate, available or free from errors. Official information published by the relevant regulator or RTO should be treated as authoritative.
We may suspend, change or withdraw any part of the website without notice where reasonably necessary, including for maintenance, security or service changes.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, Training Connect owns or is licensed to use the branding, design and original content on this website. You may view and print pages for personal or internal business use.
You must not reproduce, republish or commercially exploit substantial website content without permission, except where Australian law allows it. Third-party names, course information and trade marks remain the property of their respective owners.
Liability and consumer rights
To the extent permitted by law, Training Connect is not responsible for loss arising from reliance on outdated or incomplete information, the conduct of an RTO, or your use of a third-party service.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a right, guarantee, warranty or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.
Security and prohibited activity
You must not knowingly introduce viruses, malware or other harmful material, attempt to bypass security, or attack the website. Suspected unlawful activity may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Australia. Courts and tribunals with jurisdiction in Australia may determine disputes relating to these terms, subject to any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the website changes. The last-updated date at the top identifies the current version. Continuing to use the website after an update means the updated terms apply to your future use.
